The trolley has specialized eccentric axle design (with national patent No. 40620). It can ensure its four wheels evenly stressed even on the uneven rails so as to ensure stable movement.
The electromagnetic braking system: strong braking force, accurate and timely response and adjustable gaps.
The wire ropes have long service lifetime. The reel has diameter 16 times of the wire rope. The hook has well-designed inner diameter so as to prevent the wear and tear of the wire ropes.
Flexibility: optional AR, AT models for different customer workshop spaces.
Scope of application: 2-30T.

Favorite of small weights:
It is featured in lightness and convenience and suitable for the light industries with low headroom workshops and small tonnages.
It is used with JIS No. 6 wire rope of Japan, which has high temper, abrasion resistance and long service lifetime.
The hermetical body has excellent dustproof protection and low failure rates.
Scope of application: 1-7.5T.

Universal bridge crane

Also called as universal model
It is used with drum oil pressure brake or drum electromagnetic brake.
Its braking force is strong and stable. Its reel is not subject to the shell’s limitation. With flexible lift selections,
it is suitable for objects with tonnage 50 tons and above.

FITOP LW double-girder wire rope electric hoist bridge crane

It walks on the beam through fixed composite double-girders components.The incorporate middle-carbon steel wheel is subject to the surface quenching treatment, has protection cover and rubber cushion to decrease shocks. The optional hollow shaft gearbox can extend the gear service lifetime. With rail surface tolerances, the automatic centering ball bearing can ensure smooth motion.
Tonnage: 0.5T-100T, up to 600T as required by the customer.

FITOP LV single-girder wire rope electric hoist bridge crane

It walks on the beam through fixed composite single-girders component.Its wheels have both side transmissions and walk stably.The wire rope is attached with fall protection steel plate and rubber cushion. It is safe and reliable.
It is suitable for the lifting situations with turns. We can produce the model the beam of which has bending radius 1.5 meters.

Ring chain electric hoist

Body: incorporate aluminum alloy shell, with high security and protection grade IP-55, with special bright baking finish.
Brake and electric: DC safety electromagnetic brake. The French TE brand electromagnetic switch has mechanical interlock and service lifetime 1 million actuations.
Chain: the imported 80-grade supers-strong heat-treated alloy steal chain has safety factor over 6 times.
Gearbox: the high torque gearbox has planetary wheel system design, smooth motion without radial thrust.
The special lubrication oil is durable, effective, needs no replacement under normal operation conditions. No oil leakage.

FITOP electric single-girder trolley
The framework of the trolley has special tank-type design. When the weight falls accidentally, the trolley rebounds upward and is limited
in the rail without danger.
The wheels of trolley can be used on I-BEAM or H-BEAM.

Electric double-girder trolley
The trolley has automatic level adjustment design. It can walk on the uneven track and ensure the four wheels evenly stressed.
The quick tie-ins are standard.

Motor

Can be used with high end frequency converter, durable transformer and economical resistor and has optional buffering devices.It is suitable for the cart and trolleys.

End girder
Made of high quality type H steel gusset plates by welding, used in the single-girder and double-girder cranes, compact and reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
